4. Scheduling, Fees & Payment

A. Scheduling

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. Changes to scheduling must be communicated as soon as possible.

B. Payment

  • Fees are agreed upon prior to the start of services

  • Payment is due as outlined in your service agreement or invoice

  • Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of services

C. Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made within the agreed notice period. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

5. No Guarantees

While we strive to provide compassionate and effective postpartum support, outcomes vary, and no specific results are guaranteed.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. Personal and health-adjacent information shared during services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may disclose information only:

  • With your explicit consent

  • If there is a reasonable concern for immediate safety

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Jaime For Doula shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • You agree that participation in postpartum services is voluntary and at your own discretion
